| This thread locker is a single-component adhesive that cures upon contact with metal in the atmosphere. It bonds, seals, and secures threaded connections, joints, bearings, and pipe connections easily, reliably, and permanently. Vibration resistant. Suitable for all thread types and shapes. Simultaneously seals the threads. Thread locking replaces traditional fastening methods such as cotter pins, lock washers, and nut plates. For all threaded connections where high strength is required. Excellent adhesion and temperature resistant up to 150 °C. |

| Clean the parts before bonding with Super-Fix™ Cleaner. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive and assemble the parts. Immediate assembly is not required, as the material only reacts after the parts are joined. Anaerobic liquid plastics do not react with metal-plastic combinations. In this case, an activator must be used. Various types with different strengths and viscosities are available for each individual application to ensure excellent adhesion. Handling strength is achieved after 10 to 20 minutes. Final strength is reached after 12 hours. Curing can be accelerated using activators. |
