Applications

Super-Fix MS Polymer is a high-quality product for bonding, assembling, and sealing almost all materials and (even damp) surfaces.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use without edge zone contamination. Suitable for damp rooms.

Paintable with most types of acrylic latex and alkyd paints.

Bonding: facade panels, glass, mirrors, many plastics (acrylate), (natural) stone, concrete, wood, and many metals.

Assembly: skirting boards, laths, windowsills, thresholds, and insulation boards.

Sealing: mold-resistant joints in bathrooms, kitchens, deck seams, roof repairs, gutters, and top sealing for glazing.

Application Guidelines

The surface must be clean and free of dust and grease. Use of Super-Fix Primer is only necessary where extreme structural requirements are met in combination with very porous surfaces, for example, when bonding facade panels.
Not recommended surfaces: PE, PP, and Teflon.

Tools: apply using a cartridge with a manual or pneumatic caulking gun.

Bonding and assembly:

Apply in strips or dots. Press and/or fix in place and allow to cure.
Do not apply below +5ºC.
Sealing: for optimal performance of the sealant, make the joint as deep as it is wide, min. 5 mm.
Smooth the sealant with a clean and damp putty knife.

• Chemical resistance: resistant to all weather conditions, UV light, short-term exposure to dilute acids, bases, and salts
• Paintability: good
• Elasticity: permanently elastic.
