Applications
Sealing of engines and crankcases in the automotive and motorcycle industries, tractors, electrical industry, turbine plants and nuclear power plants, machinery, tools, food industry, gas, hydraulic and electrical stations, pumps, mining sector and many others. Super-Fix universal sealant is silicone-free. Permanently plastic, strong adhesion, fuel resistant, temperature resistance from -55 to +270°C, briefly even up to +300°C, quickly operational, loadable after 15 min, resistant to most liquids and gases, suitable for various types of seals, easy disassembly, prevents corrosion, unlimited shelf life at room temperature. Super-Fix Universal Sealant is free of silicones.
Application Guidelines
Degrease and clean the surfaces to be sealed with Super-Fix Cleaner. Apply to one side for smooth surfaces. Fully loadable after 15 minutes. For pipes and large clearances, apply to both sides, allow to evaporate for 15 minutes and then assemble immediately. Resistant to mineral and practically all synthetic oils, diesel, gasoline, coolant, seawater, gas etc. The sealed parts can be disassembled and cleaned quickly and easily.
