Applications
For use on all fractures with fine or coarse pores or damage to metal, wood, porcelain, ceramics, plastic, rubber, etc. The filler consists of fine crystalline granules with a special adhesion-promoting primer coating, which improves the filling properties of cyanoacrylate adhesives. Excellent filling capacity. Reaction speed of a few seconds and rock-hard curing. Suitable for almost all materials, including in combination; waterproof, temperature and chemical resistant, sandable, and paintable. Not suitable for paper, polystyrene, Teflon, polyethylene, and polypropylene.
Application Guidelines
When applying, do not allow the tip of the bottle to come into contact with the adhesive. Surfaces to be bonded must be free of oil, dust, and grease. Bonding: Apply granules approximately 1 mm thick to one side or as a void filler. Apply adhesive thickly to the other side. Bring the parts together and press firmly. Immediately after joining, apply adhesive to the fracture line if necessary so that the granules absorb the adhesive well. For flat objects, positioning and joining parts should even be successful on difficult-to-bond substrates such as glass, PP, and PE. Filling: Apply this filler into the hole or crack and then apply sufficient adhesive.
